Joshua Smith has been immersed in the construction industry since 2001, showcasing his expertise across various fields including framing, painting, flooring, HVAC, and numerous other trades. His journey in construction led him to specialize in roofing, where he has dedicated his efforts since 2005.

In 2010, Joshua assumed the role of main operator in a company he developed with his father, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to the industry. Despite pursuing a major in biochemistry and a minor in business at Arizona State University, Joshua's passion for construction drew him back into the family business. His decision to prioritize hands-on experience over academic pursuits speaks volumes about his dedication to his craft.

Throughout his career, Joshua has been captivated by the intricacies of construction trades, continuously seeking to expand his knowledge and skills. Now, as he embarks on his next venture in the HVAC space, Joshua brings with him a wealth of experience and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

I embarked on my journey in the field of HVAC by enrolling at the Refrigeration School in the summer of 2009, completing my studies in the fall of 2010. During my time there, I delved into various aspects of air conditioning, heating, and electrical systems, ultimately honing my focus on air conditioning post-graduation.

My professional career commenced with an entry-level role at George Brazil Heating and Cooling, where I specialized in duct cleaning and minor repairs. However, after eight months, I realized my aspirations extended beyond my current role, leading me to seek new opportunities.

It was during this transition that I crossed paths with Steve Morgeson, a seasoned expert in the industry, whose mentorship proved invaluable. For 2 1/2 years, I collaborated with him, absorbing knowledge and refining my skills before venturing into a new chapter at Adair Mechanical, under the guidance of my uncle.

During my tenure at Adair Mechanical spanning three years, I seized the opportunity to further my professional development and successfully obtained my contractor's license, with Adair Mechanical serving as my qualifying party. Armed with this achievement, I ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing AZ Air Repair in 2015.

For the next eight years, I diligently operated AZ Air Repair independently until 2023 when I joined forces with Joshua and Scott, culminating in the formation of our current enterprise.

Today, drawing upon my extensive experience and expertise, I am proud to be a part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional HVAC services to our valued clientele.
